Who operates this service

CU Study Hub is an independent resource service, not affiliated with the University of Calcutta.

What each plan includes

Single-exam access covers the selected exam while it is offered. It does not reset exam deadlines or allow replacement of accepted PDFs. Monthly access covers paid MCQ and written exams for each successfully paid billing period. It renews automatically each month for up to 12 cycles, unless cancelled. Cancel future renewals from My purchases. Paid access continues until its listed expiry unless its payment is refunded.

Public papers and notes remain free. Turning off payments on the site does not itself cancel an already authorised subscription; use Cancel renewal.

Refunds & failed payments

The seller’s refund policy is being prepared. Paid checkout must remain disabled until it is published.

If money is debited but access is missing, keep the purchase reference and contact support. Do not pay repeatedly. Provider processing and bank timelines may apply. A refunded payment’s corresponding access is revoked; existing submitted scripts and published results are retained.

Privacy

We use your verified account ID and email to link exam access, marks and purchase records. Names, roll numbers and handwritten scripts are used for exam administration and grading. A phone number is optional for CU Study Hub; the payment provider may request details needed for a payment method.

Razorpay handles payment entry; CU Study Hub does not store card numbers, CVVs, bank passwords or UPI PINs. We retain purchase IDs, amounts, status, billing periods and necessary support records. Supabase stores account and exam records, Vercel hosts the site, Resend sends account/results emails, and Razorpay processes payments. Private scripts and purchase history are restricted to the student’s authorised access and approved administrators.

Contact support about access, corrections, deletion or privacy requests. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Site visit counts use Vercel Analytics. Seller-specific retention periods and business contact details must be finalised before live paid services begin.
